Shipping policy

1. Scope


This policy applies to all blind box orders on our website. Separate terms apply to international orders.

2. Shipping & Delivery


  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment.
  • Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days; longer for remote areas.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.

3. Shipping Fees


Free shipping is available for orders over a set amount. Fees apply otherwise. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address or failed delivery shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Package Inspection


Please inspect your package upon receipt. Report damaged, missing or wrong items with photos within 24 hours. Claims after delivery without evidence may not be accepted.

5. Returns & Refusal


  • Blinded boxes are non-returnable once opened, except for quality issues.
  • Unreasonable refusal of delivery will result in the buyer covering return shipping fees.

6. Force Majeure


Delays due to natural disasters, traffic control or government policies are not platform breaches.

7. Privacy


Recipient information is only used for delivery and will not be disclosed to third parties.

8. Policy Updates


We reserve the right to revise this policy. Continued purchase means acceptance of updated terms.
